In 2018, Anne Stowell and her husband moved to Ashland and quickly fell in love with the people, the landscape, and the spirit of the Catskills. When she saw a beautiful old church building become available in the hamlet of Hensonville, she decided to open her dream business.

Haymarket Catskills is a coffee shop and café built around community, comfort, and really good food. They make almost everything they serve in-house and source as much as possible from the incredible farmers and producers of the Catskills and Hudson Valley.

In addition to great sandwiches and awesome baked goods, they also offer seasonal soups, salads and even crudite!
Located at 363 NY Route 296 in Hensonville in the rear of the former Methodist Church (built in 1875), Haymarket Catskills serves seasonal breakfast and lunch items, carefully crafted coffee and tea, and pantry items to enjoy at home. They are open 8am to 5pm every day except holidays. You can also follow them on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/haymarketcatskills/
