Over the years, several businesses have been established in Greene County to cater to this community, offering both sales and service.
In April, Town Line Motorsports opened its second location on Route 32 in Cairo. Owner John Dolce is passionate about motor vehicles of all types. Prior to opening Town Line in 2003, John owned his own autobody shop in New York City for 15 years. John also owns Town Line Auto, Town Line Storage and another Town Line Motorsports location in Westerlo. Town Line Motorsports is a dealer for CFMOTO and KYMCO. The business also services motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles and sells pre-owned powersports vehicles. Town Line’s Cairo location is open Monday – Friday from 9 am – 6 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am – 4 pm.
In 2023, National Powersports Distributors opened on Mansion Street in Coxsackie, in the former location of Matt’s Cycle Center. Owner Nate Sanel started the business in late 2001 with his wife Amy. At first, the couple started out restoring vintage bikes and selling them online. But soon, they began receiving requests for more modern bikes from around the world. As the business grew, they moved to a 55,000-square foot facility in Pembroke, New Hampshire. In addition to being a dealer for Kawasaki, Honda and BRP products, National Powersports also sells pre-owned motorcycles and offers comprehensive servicing and detailing. The Coxsackie showroom is open Monday – Friday from 10 am – 6 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am – 3 pm.
Iannace’s Cycle Shop was founded in 2013 by motorsports enthusiast John Iannace. John has been active in the powersports community since 1999. As his business selling and servicing motorcycles thrived, John realized he needed a bigger location. The shop’s new home on Route 32 in Catskill features a large showroom with a wide selection of vehicles and gear, as well as a dedicated service area. In addition to being a dealer for Kayo, Massimo and Thumpstar products, Iannace’s also sells pre-owned vehicles and services a variety of powersports vehicles. The shop is open 9 am – 6 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and 9 am -3 pm on Saturdays.
